I really don't remember how a Kalesa looks like, this is just how i've imagined it.... This is the taxi cab of the old days in the philippines.... The humble and undying Kalesa is still being used in some other parts of the country but mostly for tourism purposes only nowadays....
Though i believe that we've just inherited this ways of transport from the spanish era, the humble Kalesa has been and will always stay as an icon and a great symbol of the filipino culture and traditions.... =D

Galeng naman, kahit na masakit na ang balikat sige pa rin. Maganda pa rin ang labas. I have a book about the Philippines with pictures in it and, I think, it has a picture of a "kalesa." I'll check that one. But, I think, you got pretty close to it.
Oo nga Mari, disabled artist naman ako ngayon ha-ha....! Hindi ko talaga alam ang details ng kalesa, pero tumingin rin ako last time sa web kaya lang malabo ang mga pix nila.... Yun nga din sabi ko sa sarili ko na okay na yan medyo malapit na rin siguro dun sa itsura ng kalesa....! =D

i remember tuloy ung foot and mouth artist na binilihan ko ng calendar where the pix per month eh ung mga creatins po nila...

nice yung kalesa mo ha. marami pa nyan sa cebu pero di pa ko nakakasakay. pag naka uwi ako i promise to take a kalesa ride :)

Left side of my upper body lang naman ang masakit, okay pa rin naman ang right hand ko kaya eto he-he....! Medyo destructed lang ng kunti dun sa paminsanminsang kirot ng balikat.... Anyways, okay na naman ako ngayon kaya fully functional na ulit ang skills ha-ha....! =D
